Aircraft Mechanic ⟶ Mechanical Engineer
I began my career as an aircraft mechanic, where I became fascinated by how the systems I repaired were designed, built, and engineered to fly.
Now, as a Mechanical Engineering student at Olin College of Engineering, I focus on the design side, where analytical engineering meets hands-on manufacturing.
I’m especially interested in bridging craftsmanship and engineering, working across aerospace structures, vehicle systems, and rapid prototyping. My work emphasizes buildability, iteration, and real-world constraints, informed by time spent on the shop floor as well as in CAD.
At Olin, I’ve contributed to Formula Electric (FSAE), Baja SAE, and Rocketry, supporting projects that span structural design, fabrication, and system integration.
